Privacy policy

ZoomTicker. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

• Your email address.
• The tickers (stocks and ETFs) you choose to follow.
• When you subscribed, confirmed, gave consent and unsubscribed.
• Delivery records for the emails we send (date, delivery status and the stories included).
• To prevent abuse, a one-way hash of your IP address and email, kept for at most 24 hours. We never store the IP address itself.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website: pages viewed, how people arrive, approximate location (city or country), device and browser. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address, which Google uses to estimate location. We never send it your email address or ticker choices. It isn't loaded on the subscription management and unsubscribe pages, and we have turned off advertising features and Google signals. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default.

Our emails contain no tracking pixels and no open or click tracking. We don't use advertising cookies.

Only to send the news alerts you asked for and the messages needed to run the service (email confirmation and management links). You give consent by checking the consent box and confirming through the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising.

We rely on a few providers that process data on our behalf, only to operate the service:

• Cloudflare (website hosting and scheduled jobs);
• Neon (database);
• Resend (email delivery);
• Google (Google Analytics, website usage statistics only).

• While your subscription is active.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
• After you unsubscribe, your email and preferences are deleted within 30 days.
• Delivery records are deleted after 180 days.

You can change your tickers or unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or on the Manage subscription page. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. To access, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. To opt out of Google Analytics on any website, you can block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law; we honor those requests for every user.

ZoomTicker is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Alerts contain headlines and links to stories published by third parties, credited to their source. We don't write, summarize or alter those stories. ZoomTicker does not provide investment advice.
